Our flight was cancelled, so our car was in the car-park less then two hours. However we still had to pay for five days. As the staff were unhelpful, and totally lacking in Christmas spirit. We lost our holiday and then had to pay for parking that we didn't get to use. We were fairly frequent customers, but will now to consider going elsewhere in the future.

Only problem was the changes to the traffic flow at the terminal and this was not your fault. Very friendly and helpful staff. The kind you like to meet after all the hassle of immigration and baggage collection. Congratulations to all.

Reservation was smooth but I realised the night before my departure I'd booked the South Terminal when I should have booked the North Terminal. It would have been good to be able to change this online. Cheers.
