As we were not in the valet parking, we didn't have any contact with staff, but everything went smoothly. It's really useful that there is a 'countdown' at the bus stops to let us know when the next bus is due.

I missed the turning to the Long Stay Plus car park and received help and assistance from the staff. Car drop off and collection was very efficient and the courtesy buses were very frequent!
