Due to French air traffic control strike in September we had to cancel our holiday and rebooked for November. Although our car park booking was non-refundable or amendable I contacted your office by email and was delighted when they agreed to transfer our booking to new dates in November and even credited the price difference. I have always used your company and always recommend you to others.

Th layout and availability of bus stops seems to have improved since we last used the service. The information on the buses about which kiosk to go to on the way out was slightly confusing if payment had been made by credit card previously. It did however work smoothly

I booked parking at Gatwick. When i arrived i could see that the "Drive-up" price was cheaper at £9.50 per day. so i gained nothing by booking 4 weeks in advance

got back to car park,put my ticket into slot to exit car park machine said i had to pay £22.50 to open barrier,reparked car went into office to query this.after 10 mins paper shuffling and keyboard tapping i was told it was a machine fault.not impressed with hassle after a long and tiring day.

Due to unforseen circumstances I only used the parking for 1 hour. Holiday Extras was not willing to refund me anything as I pre-booked the parking for 2 days. I was willing to pay for 1 day (even though I only used the parking for 1 hour), but there were no flexibility whatsoever for any refund. I find the service shocking and will never book through Holiday Extra again. I will also advise anyone against booking with holiday extra.

Gatwick Airport long term parking booked for a weekend in September and the flights were all cancelled due to strikes in France. I don't normally take out travel insurance and did not take the 99p cancellation cover. I asked Holiday Extras if they might be able to transfer the booking to a November weekend as I had not used the parking space and they successfully negotiated this with Gatwick parking! All went smoothly. I was issued a new booking number and this was successfully linked to my vehicle registration number to allocate the prepayment.

I booked the Long Stay Plus as a valet parking service. It clearly isn't as I had to go and dig my car out of a snowdrift after a day's delay in Geneva airport. What a waste of money.

The facilities were as described - car park close to the airport and transport very good. What was not good was that the person answering the holiday extras helpline could not help by refunding money when we only stayed a few hours due to flight cancellation - with a receipt that the car park had not charged us. I emailed your customer services on 26.12 and have not had a reply.
