Yes the staff were great, the service at Gatwick for assistance was not very good as they don't go right to the plane. Othrwise very helpul and courteous. Thankyou.

No flights were changed before departure and although we paid for 7 nights we only got 6 and the hotel had the cheek to charge ?32 per room to stay in them for your delayed departure.
