Would not use long stay plus again as queue to drop off and collect car keys was very long and took about 10 minutes or so each time. I'd use standard long stay parking instead.

The bus collecting us return was a little slow in arriving and was somewhat overcrowded. I suggest that two busses are sent at peak times as some passengers were unable top board.

I bought Long Stay Super Saver Plus parking. The service was really good, very easy to locate the car park, staff were friendly and helpful, the bus came quickly and barely took any time to get to the terminal. On the way back i was out of the terminal and into my car within 10 minutes - just what you need after a long day travelling!

Everything went smoothly. Buses ran frequently. Due to works at Gatwick pick up on return was on lower ground and not on upper floor as mentioned in your directions, but I guess this is only temporary until building works are completed.

Long Stay Plus was only a few pounds extra but definitely NOT worth it. Slow, unhappy, unfriendly staff when I checked in. Better on the return. A smile costs nothing - a courteous service delivered with pride equally free. A pity.
