rooms average.incorrectly charged by hotel.rowdyness most of the night fighting/shouting and screaming going on till police arrive3d at 4am

When I returned to my car at 23.45 my battery was flat. After phoning the help number someone arrived within 5 minutes and jump started my car for me. A brilliant service

Everything was perfect !!! I just wish it was a little cheaper than ?75 for a week in Long Stay ..But hey im a penny pincher ha ha - I will use this service again though, beats waiting for a cab after a long flight and getting fleeced.

Yes the staff were great, the service at Gatwick for assistance was not very good as they don't go right to the plane. Othrwise very helpul and courteous. Thankyou.
