Only problem was the changes to the traffic flow at the terminal and this was not your fault. Very friendly and helpful staff. The kind you like to meet after all the hassle of immigration and baggage collection. Congratulations to all.

Reservation was smooth but I realised the night before my departure I'd booked the South Terminal when I should have booked the North Terminal. It would have been good to be able to change this online. Cheers.

As we were not in the valet parking, we didn't have any contact with staff, but everything went smoothly. It's really useful that there is a 'countdown' at the bus stops to let us know when the next bus is due.

All worked fine although it wasn't obvious from the ticket at the enrty barrier that it had recognised that I had already paid. So I was quite relieved when the barrier just let me through without demanding payment when it was time to leave!
