The parking system worked very well,but it could be made clearer when you want drivers to park in zone A only. We ended up driving round all the zones before we realised where you wanted us to park. We were not the only only ones confused by this.

The only problem we had was on the return to find the coach to the car park. Gatwick's coach info for the long-term sends you downstairs, whereas it is on the arrivals level - bus-stop 8.
