Great for departures - very quick but had to wait 20 mins for return to car park, and as we were in car park D took another 15 mins to get to stop 12 as bus stopped at every other stop on route.

This is the second time this year I have used the South Terminal long stay car park and both times the registration recognition did not work and I had to report to the reception on exit.

Used the Long Stay Plus parking at Gatwick South. The check-in, transportation to and from the trminal and the recovery of the vehicle at the end was smooth and problem free. Would certainly recommend this service and will use it again

Very good, easy to use service. I was apprehensive before getting there but all that faded away once I saw your operation in play. Very slick,hassle free and very customer focused. All this made the holiday start smoothly, I did not experience any of the airport hassles of pasy years. There was no need to rush for the first time!!!

Everything went pretty well. We just had one issue, when we arrived we went into the wrong car park and were re-directed. We felt the signs didn't make it clear which car park we needed to enter.

Can't fault the service. Friendly staff and quick and easy to get to and from the airport. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the bus on our return, but it went straight away, so even that was OK.
