Parked the car and only had to wait 2 minutes for a coach. When we returned there was a coach waiting in the pick up point and we were back in the car and on our way within 10 minutes of walking out of the terminal.

Everything ran smoothly. Changed car after booking car park package so had to change car registration number on booking form, this was very easy to do with no problems. Staff were very polite.

because of the work going on at pick up it was a bit chaotic, longstay signs pointed to the right but pick up was central, suggest you put up some temporary ones

I didn't have to speak to any staff, all went to plan. The only improvement I can suggest is one to the way the car park is sign posted. Perhaps something like your logo would improve it.

We used Gatwick long stay plus to park for a week's holiday in Spain. We have used several other Gatwick long stay carparks before, this is definitely the best and will always book this in the future, no problems with the booking and great staff at the car park. Glad we found you!

Vehicle registration recognition system very quick and efficient. Very frequent shuttle buses between car park and South Terminal made journey on to North Terminal swift and simple.

the ticket relating to our flight number instructed us to park in long stay south but once in the terminal we had to catch our flight from the north terminal which involved an extra journey on the shuttle train however we realise this may not have been your fault apart from this hiccup it was a very good service

Unfortunately, we had to fly back to Manchester and get a coach down to Gatwick. We arrived much later than planned, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. No problems at all. Thank you.

Pre-booking and paying for long stay parking is a breeze; I always use it. This time the car was left there for a month, the longest period so far. I did consider valet parking but frankly it's just as easy to leave and pick up the vehicle yourself and drive straight through the exit gates (if prepaid).

parking was easy found a space right by one of the bus stops. waited just a few minutes for the bus. Would I book again yes already have done. If you are thinking about booking then do so quickly.
