Very good, easy to use service. I was apprehensive before getting there but all that faded away once I saw your operation in play. Very slick,hassle free and very customer focused. All this made the holiday start smoothly, I did not experience any of the airport hassles of pasy years. There was no need to rush for the first time!!!

Everything went pretty well. We just had one issue, when we arrived we went into the wrong car park and were re-directed. We felt the signs didn't make it clear which car park we needed to enter.

Excellent.Drove into car park and in ariport terminal 10 minutes later!Exited terminal on return to find bus waiting, in car and exiting car park within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend and use again.

it was fairly smooth booking in. the lady when i called to check the reference no tallying with the car reg was also helpful. it should perhaps be outlined in the booking instructions that the barrier recognises the booking reference and not the car reg no directly at entry.

my ticket had "cashier" on it, despite my payment being made in full on booking. My registration had not been put on customer services screen, luckily I had a copy of my booking with me confirming payment. It was then dealt with well in office. Mrs E Forbes

There was room to park and the airport transfer was quick. The barrier recognised my car as pre-paid on the way out, all very smooth.

I always walk to the terminal as there are never any buses immediately available. This is a repeat of a comment years ago when it took over an hour to get to the terminal. I usually go PLUS as the buses are guaranteed every 10 minutes, although I walk if bad congestion / just missed a bus there too. There should be a pavement (And shortcut)for walkers like me (Have seen others). I walk anyway to A.
