I booked my airport parking with Holiday Extras and it couldn't have been easier. The price was very reasonable, the instructions for parking were clear and everything was very simple. I have already made another booking via Holiday Extras.

Car park fine, but signposting at Gatwick very confusing due to ongoing building work. Took far to long to find bus stop on return to Gatwick. Usually much more efficient.

Your part was fine, Park Plus was not. While the drop off at Gatwick South was at the upper level as planned, the return was a nightmare due to lack of directions to the temporary pick up point on the lower level caused by airport renovations.

On leaving the car park the number plate was not recognised (even though it was on entry). The car park staff said this was a common problem when the car reg was changed from the one entered on the original booking.

It was a smooth and pleasant service on departure, but when collecting the car it would have been nice if the car had been brought to the office rather than having to walk to the other end of the carpark to get it.
