One fault was that there was not enough directional info for the return bus. It was OK from the main airport concourse, but then there were no other visible signs to direct you to long stay PLUS.

I feel that there should be better prices for regular users, especially relating to car parking at the airports. While I appreciate that it may not be your own parking, surely you would be able to negotiate with the likes of BAA to ensure good deals. Overall, though, the parking facilities were good.

Bus was rather full on both journeys, sometimes rather awkward with luggage..perhaps cases could be stored in the space under the seating like in a coach. Driver back to car park was really funny, good character to have on board.
