All Ok except slow pick up by transfer bus on return and too crowded had to wait for another one. Bus driver didn't speak loud enough to hear which bus stop etc

Very quick and efficient. No sooner had we arrived at the car park when we were in the terminal. Return was just as quick. Will use this car park again

It was very easy to arrive at the car park and park straight away with no hassle. We got the bus as soon as we had locked the car. On our return the bus driver was very cheerful and told us about the breakdown service which we ended up using. Again, it was very quick and we were on our way within 10 minutes of the call to reception.

car paking with holiday extras was perfect, we parked in the drop off lane and the bus was there within a couple of minutes, then when we arrived back from holiday again we didn't have long to wait before the bus was there to take us back to the car. staff all very friendly and helpful.

It was an easy process to book and then to use the car park as my reference number came up on my ticket. The bus service was frequent.

Everything went smoothly. Buses ran frequently. Due to works at Gatwick pick up on return was on lower ground and not on upper floor as mentioned in your directions, but I guess this is only temporary until building works are completed.
