so easy to use, no long waits for the bus at park or airport, patient and helpful drivers, we were delayed overnight and we just payed the extra fee required at the exit with our credit card took all of 2 mins and we were on our way home. Brilliant!!

Parked in the South Long Term Park and Ride Car Park. Bus ride no delay on each trip. Had problems with the car battery on our return - unable to even enter the car. This was sorted out with the help of the Parking Attendant in firstly entering our car and then charging the battery. Thank you again. Also when we arrived back at the car our car had a flat battery and we could not even enter it until the parking attended sorted it out for us.

Bus driver on return journey was very helpful and friendly to all passengers especially as we had waited some time for a bus and there was a lot of congestion at the waiting area due to renovations at the airport

When we arrived back at the Parking Express South Car Park, my car battery was flat. I called the Car Park telephone number on my voucher and they sent a very helpful man who arrived in about 20 minutes and got me started.

Parked the car and only had to wait 2 minutes for a coach. When we returned there was a coach waiting in the pick up point and we were back in the car and on our way within 10 minutes of walking out of the terminal.

Everything ran smoothly. Changed car after booking car park package so had to change car registration number on booking form, this was very easy to do with no problems. Staff were very polite.

because of the work going on at pick up it was a bit chaotic, longstay signs pointed to the right but pick up was central, suggest you put up some temporary ones
