i was pleased with the long stay car parking at gatwick,and the transfer by coaches to and from the car park which were well signposted and easy to follow to a zone where spaces were available. the staff i found were very helpful and courteous, and would certainly use the service again.

I like the offers however I had to buy a 3 day stay (when I was only really gone 2 days) as I would have been +3hrs over the 24hr windows so maybe the ability to buy 2.5days would suit me better.

Very satisfied with the smooth running of the car park we used. The only thing the shuttle bus from this car park only goes to the south terminal and we were flying from the north. No real problem as you can get the train from south to north just takes a litle extra time.

A bus driver put me right when I got the directions wrong. I think that you should emphasise the PLUS distinction of the car park on the confirmation email. Otherwise, staff and bus were very good.

No, on arrival although we had paid for long stay plus we were directed to the standard long stay car parks and then discovered that buses were not picking up from our area of the car park so had to walk for a while to a car park which was collecting passengers - not ideal when you paid for a significantly better service

This was my first time to park at Gatwick. Finding the car park was easy (following your instructions) and the transfer coach was prompt. The south terminal is "under work" and it's a fair distance to get to check-in. On return, I got a coach reasonably quickly once I'd managed to traverse the "work in progress" areas, up&down stairs and the out-of-action travellators. The signposting to navigate out & away from the airport was difficult to understand in the dark, and I ended up going through the terminal area again! So all in all, a good parking experience but the airport experience should be better.

The only glitch was the driver change on the way back to the car. This could be achieved with no passengers on board so people do not get upset having to wait for the driver change

The automated vehicle registration system worked very well. The collection point on return from holiday was not very clear but this was due to the ongoing construction works at Gatwick Airport, and I understand the bus stops are constantly being moved.
