There were no problems whatsoever, either with the user-friendly online booking service or when we arrived at/departed from the long-stay car park (Gatwick). Our experience was entirely 'automated', in that we had no occasion to interact with actual staff, but this only goes to demonstrate how smoothly the procedure and experience went.

Excellent service. Parking was on airport, nice simple process droping the car off with helpful staff. Easy bus trip back to car which was ready for us on our arrival. Great service all round.
