The only reason I did not give this a 10, was due to us having to drive around the carparks with spaces to find one. This is the first time that we have used airport parking and will do so again with night flights

Prking my car at the airport was fine, it was trying to leave with my car that was frustrating. I put my ticket in the machine to leave and I was told the price was over £90. I then had to abandon my car to go to the office and sort it out, this was uneccassery I feel

Brilliant service, we were a day late returning, phoned from abroad satff very helpful and pleasant even at 1 am in the morning! Just one thing i would like to point out, which your girl said was beyond your control, the signs for you are not very clear at the moment at Gatwick with all the building work

Very helpful staff. We flew out of Gatwick and returned overnight and flew out again. We needed to return to our car and back to the terminal. We thought this would be a big problem... not for your staff we were dropped off and picked up 2 mins later. Perfect.
