Parking was fine. Had problem finding the area for bus pick up to take me back to long stay. I made the mistake of getting on the long stay plus bus because I was tired. Driver was unhelpful.

we had parked our car at Gatwick South and upon return had a flat battery. We telephoned the office and help arrived in less than 5 mins - absolutely brilliant service. We cannot thank them enough such brilliant service and given with a smile. Thank you.

Bus was rather full on both journeys, sometimes rather awkward with luggage..perhaps cases could be stored in the space under the seating like in a coach. Driver back to car park was really funny, good character to have on board.

Your part was fine, Park Plus was not. While the drop off at Gatwick South was at the upper level as planned, the return was a nightmare due to lack of directions to the temporary pick up point on the lower level caused by airport renovations.

On leaving the car park the number plate was not recognised (even though it was on entry). The car park staff said this was a common problem when the car reg was changed from the one entered on the original booking.
