The service we enjoyed from you was car parking at LGW airport. All you instructions were easy to follow and accurate. The price was competitive although more expensive than out of airport parking. Because of our very eary flight we considered the extra cost worth it. Overall, very good service and easy to book on-line.

Not your fault I suppose, but the Parking Plus Carpark at south terminal Gatwick was closing midway thur my stay. Some confusion as to where car would be on return. It was resolved satisfactorily, they moved the car to another carpark and all was fine on return.

Not all parking areas are open and when the buses are full through ending up waiting for another 10-15 mins instead the second bus could be prompted. But all customer service members are great.
