The automatic number plate reader cannot read square number plates, so had to get ticket validated on exit.

Despite pre-booking, long stay parking ANPR cameras seldom work on arrival into the car park. This means a complicated exit on departure with queues and digging for paperwork.

Everything worked. My only criticism would be that it is difficult on return to know when it's your stop.Speaker announcements are drowned out by general conversation, the screen should show the upcoming stop but really only seems to show the stop when there, not before. The driver tries to be helpful by shouting out but can't be heard.

The row markings could be clearer and also if actual spaces were numbered it might be easier to find the car when you arrive at the car park. Coach on return journey was very full and no everyone was seated and it was very difficult to get off the coach especially with two cases.

There were no problems whatsoever, either with the user-friendly online booking service or when we arrived at/departed from the long-stay car park (Gatwick). Our experience was entirely 'automated', in that we had no occasion to interact with actual staff, but this only goes to demonstrate how smoothly the procedure and experience went.
