The car parking we booked did not register with their system when we tried to leave the car park so had to make a trip to customer services to demonstrate payment already made.

Staff very helpful, but my number plate not read by the entry camera, so had to go into the kiosk on way out of car park. Young chap extremely helpful, validated ticket and I was on my way.
