Huge queue for the shuttle to collect car from long term parking. Gave up and had to get a taxi to the car park gates, and then a long walk to the car

Everything was great, I pulled up to the barrier, recieved a ticket, parked, got on the bus which took me to the airport. On my return i had prepaid for my ticket which all went smoothly.

Although parking in B zone,the bus driver insisted on strarting at F despite no one wanted F E or D. At the end of a holiday you just want to get home not a tour of the car park.

Everything was fine except on return to gatwick there seemed to be lack of signage for long term south car park bus service.(just general buses or coaches which turned out to be off airport)

It would have been helpful if the terminal details were displayed on tickets to and fro. Luckily i had checked out of curiosity outbound, however coming home cost me more as i didn't know what terminal to go to because the shuttle service refused to wait 5 mins for me to go down. :(

Yes very helpful staff, when our exit card failed we had too seek help. They apologise that the system had failed that morning and reissued a new ticket all in a fact of minutes.
