Easy to find. When my ticket blew out of my hand, the staff were lovely rather than the grumpy attitude sometimes received. That made all the difference!

The long stay car park facilities were excellent, the number plate recognition system work a treat, straight in and on to the bus to Gatwick we got there in twenty minutes with no fuss. Coming home was just the same, in the car ticket in the machine and on our way.

I was advised that the long stay plus car park would be closed prior to my return and the information was extremely helpful as i was able to walk straight to the car park and collect my car. From landing to actually driving was under 1 hour

Excellent car park. Only issue was arrival-not clear weather to take ticket or insert card.When ticket issued it had our booking reference on it so we didnt have to pay twice-not clear at time of booking how this would work.
