Parking no problem, bus was waiting @ 4.30am although car reg. on ticket was incorrectly printed.Problem exiting,so had to go to office to get out, others seem to be having same problem Tues 2 Oct @14.45. Other than that slight hiccup service v.good.Convenient & cheaper than a return taxi to home.

Everything went well. I had to cancel my booking for South terminal parking and re-book for North Terminal and this was done efficiently. I left a shoulder bag on the transfer bus and this was found and returned to me. Staff were very helpful

Very fast transfer from car park to airport. No queing, found parking space easily. Absolutely loved No. 1 Gatwick lounge. Fantastic value for money. Food was lovely, and plentiful. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilties excellent. Like the extra touches, free newspapers, helping yourself to tea and coffee. Have recommened lounge to my friends. Will definitely park in Long Term car park again, much easier and quicker than car parks further away.

Would recommend using this car park as it was hassle free from the start, carpark was easy to find and buses regular. For those travelling with young children it was made even easier as car park spaces are available dirrectly next to the bus stops.

The bus stop was quite a way from our car as the nearest one (13?) was closed. Would not have been good had it rained. I mislaid my ticket for my return and the staff at the pay station were most helpful.

Parked at north terminal instead of south by mistake and incurred £208 bill however staff on site were quick and efficent and sorted out my mistake. What a Doughnut!

For the second time the ticket machine on arrival at the Gatwick South Long Stay parking did not print my booking reference so I had to go to the office. But I was pleased that despite a five minutes early arrival and a roughly 60 minutes delayed exit did not cost me any extra.

Went very smoothly - I had to change dates of parking owing to change of holiday arrangements - all re-arrangements made very efficiently by yourselves including a refund on my original payment - straight into my bank! What more could you ask?
