Okay except for follow up e mails after booking asking if we wanted a hotel due to early flight - ours was an afternoon flight as booking times should have indicated.

The delay in getting from the terminal to the car park resulted in an extra charge exiting the car park. However the Customer Service Team located at the exit quickly sorted the problem.
