parked in the long stay car park and everything went smoothly and i added travel insurance for piece of mind and thought all in all great value and when i travel again i wont need to look else where i'll book with holiday extras

Had an issue with parking car at Gatwick Long Stay south Terminal and arriving back late evening into North Terminal getting on North Terminal bus and finding ourselves in the wrong car park.

Straight forward, had no problems, but it was only for three days. We were lucky with the bus to and from the car park, but it was very busy/full leaving the car park for the airport, but acceptable as only standing for a few minutes.

Exactly as it was stated,even when I made the mistake of pressing the ticket button, I telephoned the office and the person who answered was polite and keen to help. When - checked out after being held up for almost 8 hours the smile of the person in the office was just what I needed. I would reccomend your service without hesitation.
