We used the parking facility at the Long Stay carpark. It was very well organised and we had no wait (either end) I would definitely use this service again.

On leaving the car park, we inserted the parking ticket into the machine to lift the barrier, and a message came up that we owed £117.00, but we had prepaid online. Staff at Customer Services were helpful and it was sorted quickly, and we were able to leave within minutes.

Everything runs like clockwork.Better signage as you leave the terminal for the bus stops,the money you make adding weighing scales to bus stop for weighing cases would be a nice touch

your driver was fantastic taking us back to North terminal at midnight after EASY JET in their wisdom do NOT TELL customers that they are taking them back to North terminal when they have flown out of SOUTH Terminal just 3 days earlier, and us thinking we are in South terminal pick up the long term parking bus only to discover we are in fact in totally the wrong terminal. Aparently this happens all the time, be warned travellers!
