Car number plate was not recognised on arrival, but staff were very helpful when I exited. Booking was double booked, was easy to cancel the second booking, but was not happy that the debit card charge was kept.

I had a problem getting out of the car park because the camera didn't recognise the car reg. as it was snowing when I entered but aside from that the price was less than half the official price so I was happy.

yes it all ran very smoothly. i did not talk to any staff. the only problem we had was when we arrived at South Terminal, your advice said to follow the signs towards "buses and coaches" , which we did and that took us to a different level to the one your bus came to.

Simple booking process. Numerous choices of parking offered. Each step clearly explained. You can also buy various additional things/services should you require them. I only travel from Gatwick, and always book my parking with Holiday Extras.

We booked in at the Gatwick South Long Stay carpark on 17th March. we sailed through the entrance due to registration recognition machine and found a space in the designated car park on the entrance ticket. We made our way to the nearest bus stop and within 5 mins we were picked up and taken to the departures level. So easy !

i bought parking expecting it was Park plus a service ive used many time but on arrival at the airport l went to the normal car park to find it abandoned!!! Why was this not disclosed and did l pay more than l should have for the normal service?

Car park cheap and very close to terminal with buses every 10 mins. Slight problem leaving as they wrote my index down incorrectly although it was clearly correct on the ticket.

I booked the long term car park at Gatwick - I have used it before and will do so again. Numberplate recognition didnt work in the snow - but not surprising. Clicked the button and got my ticket, just had to report to Customer Services before leaving. No problem at all - just remember to write your row number on the back of the ticket to avoid walking up and down the parking bays searching for your car!
