Very helpful indeed! Our return flight was delayed by a day Our car would not start since I inadvertently left an interior light on & flattened the battery! They offered to give me a jump start (I had alrteady called Green Flag though) & didn't charge any extra for the extra day since I had pre-booked Excellent customer service Many Thanks ~ Would definitely use again in the future!

Car parking at Gatwick - no problems just drove in picked up ticket, left car caught bus to terminal. On return bus dropped us off and we out on the road within minutes.

We used the long stay car park and had no problems at all. We found a parking space easily and only had to wait a couple of minutes for a bus on both the outward and return journeys.

Would have been helpful if I had known that I should not have printed a ticket on arrival but should have waited for the ticket to come out of the machine once our number plate had been read. Staff very helpful and explained procedure for next time.
