I used Holiday Extras to book and pay for parking at the Gatwick Airport in January and April. Parking the car is a very easy and smooth experience.

Very easy service, drive in, park, catch bus to terminal (driver was little stroppy though !) Return was so easy, return to car, drive straight out, easy as 1,2,3

All went really smoothly, but the bus was packed and everyone ran & tried to get on it, I think there should be a couple of buses for the return back to the car park.

The parking service was easy to use. Car park was right next to the airport and buses ran very frequently.

Quite crowded bus coming back, but driver was patient and helpful, as were passengers. Think you could make it clearer that if you have prepaid you just put your entry ticket into the exit slot. Two lots of people were not sure if they had to stop first at the customer service building before the exit.

Very easy, everything went smoothly both on entrance and exit to car park, coach was waiting as we walked out of the South Terminal, so within 35mins of landing we were on our way home.

The process of booking with Holiday Extras was easy.The rates offered were good. Instructions given were clear and the holiday insurance was very good value. I would take the insurance offer when I book parking in the future.
