I had no problems. The booking process was easy, upon arrival at the car park I received my ticket & found a space easily. The bus transfer was straight forward & quick. Likewise on the reverse everything ran smoothly. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used holiday extras to book the long stay & I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The parking was well organised with the currently used zone clearly identified. Seemed to take a long time to get back to our stop (12 zone D) as driver went through every zone even though there were no passengers for any of the other zones.

Parking was easy but bus transfer from terminal back to car park had a very long queue so we couldn't get on the bus. Need to put on more buses at busy periods.

Returning to the South terminal car park in the pouring rain to find the car would not start. A nightmare in most situations but the friendly car park staff and the AA breakdown services put us back on the road within half an hour, without any charge and still dry despite the rain. Thank you all. I will surely be using your services again.

Automatic recognition of car failed so had to speak to attendant who issued ticket. Followed "spaces" signs around to a closed car park zone with no spaces. I was not the only car following these misplaced signs. Buses OK on both journeys

The description given to exit the terminal was misleading, particularly when you get back after a long day travelling. We were not the only ones with this problem so it may be something you want to feedback to Gatwick Airport themselves?
