Remind people to write down their car park position on thee ticket abit more because we come it was dark and we was in a rush , so when we got back the bus driver asked where we was parked , we didn't know?? I know it's a simple thing bus a little reminder would of jogged the memory ,, apart from that it was really good

LGW Long Stay South Parking. Only issue was the open area (A)was quite full, and the signage to free spaces was not very good. Pick-up/drop-off excellent, and drivers friendly and polite. Car registration was recognised on entry, so no need to interatct with staff.

No problems as usual. Nice to be able to park so close. Only downside is that the buses get too full so difficult to get on with bags.

We had trouble finding the bus back to the car park as we followed the airport signs to the buses and coaches. Apart from that everything was easy and stress free.

Everything went smoothly - good directions to the parking and to the zone that was open, bus journeys to and from the terminal were as described and on time. I will certainly use the car park again when travelling from Gatwick South.

I had paid for my parking before I went away but unfortunately when trying to exit the car park the card did not work and wanted me to pay again. The operator at the kiosk was extremely helpful and sorted it out immediately.

Easy to find a parking space, bus stop very close by and only a short wait for the bus to South Terminal. Coming back, bus was outside Arrivals and we were clear of the airport in about 10 minutes.
