The directions were very clear and bus transfer ready and waiting on departure and arrival. It would help if the bus driver could wait until everyone has sat down before driving off. My mother nearly fell over and she found the seats in the bus very high and difficult to get on to. Overall good and reasonably priced.

Best parking for Gatwick airport we have ever used. From arrival at barrier, to finding space, return bus trip to / from terminal and ease of leaving carpark ... all excellent & efficient. Will definitely use HolidayExtras.com & Gatwick long stay carpark in the future.
