Booked Long Term Car Park at Gatwick South terminal for 5 day visit to Prague. No problems on arrival number plate recognition and even welcome by my name on screen. Shuttle bus to airport in couple of mins. On return hop on bus to car put ticket in exit machine and away. Excellent service and a hefty discount so no more to say.

This must be the simplest parking at gatwick, easy to find and so close. Bus was there within minutes and on return it was the same. Just what it said on the tin ! Will definitely use again !

Absolutely perfect, bus driver at 12.30am on 24 Feb was brilliant! We even lost our parking ticket, which was sorted with ease. All round perfect and possibly quicker than park and ride!

My ticket was not recognised on exit and £170 due was flashed up. The ticket had my reg. no. on it and matched my booking. Staff sorted this out immediately so no complaints, but it was a shock at first

We had a flight delay of 21 hours but the car parking attendants sorted everything out without any fuss so that we didn't have to pay anything extra. Very well organised

You cannot anticipate the demand, thus the buses to the terminal were extremely busy making the transfer "uncomfortable" but for the few minutes it takes, it is a minor quibble.
