No issues with the parking. Good service provided. I couldn't remember where I parked, the staff in the office in the car park helped me and drove me around to look for my car which we found!

Only issue is that my car registration number was not recorded on entry to car park resulting in being asked to pay an additional £140. Customer services at the car park did resolve the issue.

everything was great. The only thing was we didn't see the long stay car park sign on our return. Saw short stay sign and went to the lower ground only to have to come back up

Yes very easy to find car park and busses running constantly was easy to know what stop we needed on way back too, when had a problem with car when arrived back at airport customer service/security were very helpful and contacted AA (chris) who was on site and sorted my car immediately, very helpful both him and customerservice/security. Satisfied customer and would book parking again with holiday extras

Great location of car park, frequent buses for transfer. Paid in advance but tried to charge again at the barrier on leaving, helpful staff who sorted problem immediately.

All went fine, parking was available, the van was safe for the time it was left. Shuttle bus operates on the parking to provide transport to the airport. On departure however, the gate read the ticket and we were asked to pay £125 for the parking... it turned out the reg plate was read incorrectly and we had to seek help from the local office to resolve it for us. We could do without it.
