Unable to access the car park without using call system as did not recognise the car. On the way home the same problem with the exit gate telling us we owed £150. I spoke to the customer service woman who was very off hand and did the necessary for us to leave the car park without saying a single word!!!

Booking for parking is very easy and it's so convenient to park near to the terminal, hop on the shuttle bus and be at the terminal in 10 or so minutes.

Instructions on where to park were very unclear. We parked in wrong place and had difficulty getting picked up by the coach. On return the coach driver was very rude to other passengers and refused to stop when asked as he would only stop if they rang the bell. The coach was so full some passengers could not reach the bell.

All good - very smooth - I have used other airport parking this one is by gar the easiest- Thankyou. Did not mention when booking my partner is a blue badge user - this process was very easy despite the zone being "closed" we managed to park nearby the blue badge bays and a quick call to the gate secured our transit to the terminal. Well done!!

We arrived at bus stop to see loads and loads of people on Sunday 10th may there was no buses and it was terrible everyone fighting to get on and a really packed bus which was overcrowded

Very long queue on arrival home as it was a late flight lots of tired people. You're staff apologised and worked quickly to get us moving but more buses would have been appreciated. I'm sure you must know when flights are coming in.

Clear instructions where to collect bus upper or lower ground signs.also location where the bus stop was is very silly as seems to be a busy walk way area into.the airport.

checking out of car park yesterday on inserting my ticket it came up on that i had to pay the outstanding balance of £140. i sough assistance and was told i had not paid for the parking before hand. after 10 mins of waiting and providing my name and registration number was let out.

Small delay in bus collecting on return journey hence very full and quite difficult to disembark with heavy suitcases. Not great when your tired!
