automatic barrier read our number plate and let us in, found ample parking spaces, and bus arrived in minutes, will certainly use again, great price for parking as well, thankyou holiday extras. ron n fran both seventy years old.

The drop off was very good , there were a number of buses. The return journey was much longer as there was a big queue and the bus drove to nearly every stop in the long stay car park.

All went smoothly. The only thing that annoyed me was missing the turn in front of the hotel on the way home and having to go through the departures tunnel. That wasn't too well signposted.

Flight delayed then abandoned at stanstead airport instead of gatwick. Arrived at gatwick 10hours after flight should have arrived 7hours after parking expired . Staff very helpful.
