signs indication where to park but no spaces, about 12 cars going round and round trying to find a space, eventually I drove backwards to the reception desk to tell them, they then opended another area for us

we were parked in Car Park D bus stop 12 and it took 45 minutes to go around all the car parks in alphabetical order until ours arrived. the bus was absolutely full and it was difficult for people to get off at the car parks

Just a slight comment When we parked in zone F. We didn't realise that this was a drop off zone only. Wasn't till one of the drivers told us that we knew. Had to walk to zone H to get bus

all was good the bus back to the car park says every 10mins and we waited outside in a queue for over half an hour for the first bus to turn up then it was mayhem to get on and even worse to get off as everybody where on and off at nearly every stop so others could get off at there stop .

The queue for the bus on return was chaotic - so much pushing and shoving. Needs a representative there to organise queue. Otherwise - Perfect
