Frustrating transfer back to long stay car park on a Saturday afternoon. Not enough coaches to deal with the amount of passengers needing to return to their cars. A long wait could have been avoided if an extra coach or two had been put on.

It was a bit of a 'free for all' as soon as a bus arrived at the terminal with everyone trying to get on before everyone else! This needs assessing as somebody could get injured with so many bags and cases moving all at once.

Very easy to locate and park. Bus was yards away so no waiting. Very efficient service. Unfortunately we lost the parking ticket on the way home, but customer services were very helpful so there wasn't a problem

Getting there perfect bus was waiting everything. Coming home I was outside the airport for about 15 minutes waiting to get on a bus in the rain and wind no shelter I announcements and no extra buses put on due to the weather

We waited quite a while for the shuttle bus in the rain as there was a large queue, the bus was packed so much that I couldn't bend down to pick my case up to store it on the rack. We were parked in A2 but the driver went straight passed A, he went to B then C then D, we were so fed up at this point that we got off the bus at car park D and walked the rest of the way.

Only one issue.On leaving the carpark the camera did not register our number plate and proceeded to request £160 from us when we had paid in full. Fortunately an attendent was on duty and corrected the problem.

not happy at all as when arrived confusion as what zone we could park in so took over 20 mins to find out what zones were open then when arriving back trying to get on the coach was terrible as free for all on getting on and my daughter got separated from us on the bus (crammed in) and got her upset very bad experience . I park my car at all the southern airports and have never had such a bad time with this .Also i am flying out of LGW end of July for 2 weeks and will be finding a different palce to park . I am not making things out to be worse than it really was this really was so bad i am hugely annoyed at this and this cost me lots of £ for this service.

Everything went smoothly. Only area for improvement is the notice on bus pickup stop A1 was confusing. It indicated the zone for bus pick ups was closed. Luckily a bus came before we went to search for another stop and allowed us to board.

Waiting at bus stop No. 1 to be collected for twenty minutes as the two buses that did drive there said that they were dropping off only… third bus then told us that collection was at No. 13… then same thing happened… finally we were told to move to bus stop 14 which was a long walk especially with baggage from No. 1 bus stop… non of the drivers cared or apologised and made us feel we're in the wrong
