The barrier would not open and requested payment of £170 because the ticket did not print the full car reg. Had to go to office for help don't need that when you arrival at early hours

Yes to all those questions. Very happy service. Not sure if the wait for a bus ar 4.30am was as stated so you should look into this as a lot of people waiting for the bus. A lot of flights go out around 6.45am in the summer, are the bus schedules reflecting this?

Arriving and parking was efficient and the bus transfer to the terminal was quick but when returning we had to wait 15 minutes until the bus picked us up from the terminal and then took forever to go around all 15 bus stops before returning to our stop on the other side of the car park which was frustrating.

Took ages to get to our car. Row G/16, but very long time to get there. Maybe nearest to airport, but disappointed when actually in car park when collecting car after a very long journey !

The return bus was bit wierd, there was a display in the bus that didn't work, or at least didn't display anything. The driver would just call out from the front asking if anyone wanted bustop 1-5 etc etc.

We were delayed returning back to the car by 3 hours due to a delayed flight from Venice. We enquired with a member of the car park staff if there would be any additional charge for the later arrival and were told that it didnt matter as it was a 24 hour rate and we wouldn't be charged more. Upon leaving the car park we were met with a £15.00 fee!

The facilities were good,as always. I always use this parking when going on holiday from Gatwick. T he only hiccup, was that on exit the barrier displayed a charge, although I had prepaid. This however was quickly resolved, within seconds of calling for assistance.

Simple to book, good value for money, friendly, helpful staff on the phone when I lost my booking confirmation - they emailed another copy. Quick transfer to the terminal. Longer wait on arrival back at Gatwick (c10 minutes).

Only problem was when leaving we had to get our ticket verified as it tried to charge us the amount as if you had not pre booked. I was really surprised though the big difference in price. There was no problem with getting this done though

When we arrived back to our car the battery was flat as we had accidentally left the interior light on, my husband went over to the customer services and they said they would call the AA to give us a jump start to we could continue our homeward journey. In less thank 20 minutes Carl arrived (he is based on the airport) gave the battery a charge and we were soon on our way home

It was not indicated that on the given morning of our departure certain areas of the car park were drop off only - we eventually went to the info/ customer car office who told us that was the case - we therefore ended up walking to the terminal and given I have walking problems that was not good
