I am fed up of having to wait much longer than 10 minutes for the buses, then it is so full you are packed on like sardines, which is dangerous, plus my ticket NEVER works when I get to the barrier, I have to reverse, park up and go into the office, not great - we spend a lot of money with you.

We were directed to car park B. Despite driving all round the car park no spaces could be found. We had to wait for a returning holidaymaker before we could park.

Yes, good easy, safe parking and fast efficient pickup bus service, just unfortunate that after a delayed flight that arrived in different terminal due to air traffic, this meant a very long transfer and eventual arrival at my car park G after the bus had stopped at everyone else's car park stops A-F !

Was really simple. Pulled up to the barrier, got given the card and drove to an empty bay (remember to write down where you park as we didnt. The bus was already there so we got on and went. Coming back was just as simple. Finally found the car, inserted that same card from the beginning and drove home. Would be quicker if you had busses designated to certain areas else you could be on the bus for a very long time

Simple on line booking. Found a parking spot was picket up within minutes. At arrival back at Gatwick made my way was collected again within minutes and easy exit..Simple..

The postcode that was sent us, did not truly representative of our destination. It sent us to the short stay car park. Recognising the direction was wrong we had to drive around the airport, causing unnecessary stress to our journey

On return to Gatwick the queue for the bus was immense - there had not been a bus for 20 minutes according to one person - I waited for 10 minutes and then walked to the car park - thus has now happened in 2 of my last 3 stays

We waited 20 minutes for a bus to the terminal on arrival at Bus Stop 16 (not really acceptable). On our return, we waited 10 minutes at the terminal for the bus to the car park (acceptable)and it took almost 20 minutes to make the tortuous journey back to Bus Stop 16 (barely acceptable). It looks like you need more buses....!

Parking price has increased so much, that it now works out less for me to get a taxi. Only worth using if a travelling a long way to get to the airport. Would still use Holiday Extras to book lounges.

Everything went smoothly, from the initial booking to the exit it was very easy. The wait for the bus was short at both ends. We didn't have any contact with staff so can't comment on them.

A bit of a wait for a bus to the South terminal but a bus wait when we got back - very quick and efficient - much preferred to off-airport sites.

The ticket did not dispense automatically as expected and the call button was engaged. On leaving I was asked to pay over £60 but the operator quickly resolved this.

The "open" zone was full when we got there so it took us 10 mins to find a space. Signage should change a little quicker.

It took a long time to find a space and were disappointed when we found some in a nearer zone that was described as full but obviously not. We lost the ticket on the way back but the staff at Gatwick were ever so helpful.

The only problem I had was that I had to change my car details the day before travelling and although I got into the car park ok when I left the barrier would not lift and said I owed £125 . Went into office who sorted the issue
