Everything went smoothly, bus dropped us at the terminal within 10 Minutes of parking,and on our return a bus was waiting at the stop.

not enough buses very long Q. there now seems to be some confusion if you need to ring the bell for your stop or not as one bus stopped at every stop even when no one wanted to get off when we travelled in July,but when we travelled in Sep one passenger missed his stop.This needs to be clarified.

The only issue was on exiting LGW long stay when the barrier didn't recognise that I had prepaid and asked for £230! But it was sorted through the operator on the gate

May be have a neon sign at airport for the bus stop to distinguish among other parking places for other companies and an electronic time due like those used for London buses then that would be great

This was very easy and a short bus ride to the terminal. A good price too which was the main reason we chose it but would do it again if price doesn't increase.

Staff not very friendly and certainly not helpful,ride on bus not enjoyable and would have been difficult for immobile people and a lack of helpful information bearing in mind a lot of people were tired as already had travelled a distance before reaching the parking area!

Very good service. Flight was very delayed and no extra charge as we were within 24 hour period which was a huge relief. When coming out of south arrivals tunnel perhaps some clear signs for turning left to the pick up point as we went right to where we had been dropped off and waited until we realise this wasn't right. Very quick transfer and easy to find the car park/ enter with automatic plate recognition. Would certainly use again!

Everything ran like clockwork, from booking to arriving, getting on the bus and our return to the car park when we arrived back in UK. Drivers very helpful, excellent service. Will definitely use this service again

We had problems with entry and exit, after being reassured all would be sorted on our departure we still didn't get straight out, we got very upset angry and frustrated, your staff member also got angry and frustrated with us with not one apology This has now happened three times in the last year !!!
