The car park was easy to find and everything went to plan both ways. Good value for money, I would definitely recommend this product although exit to M23 instructions would have been very much appreciated!

Everything went as smooth as expected,the facilities met our requirements,the signs to the available parking area were well marked as was the exit.The bus shuttle to the airport a good service and so was our return.We had no reason to use the car parking staff so I can make no comment.

Always use South Terminal Car Park . Easily to use and easy from m23 for both terminals. Park the car, take the keys, hop on the bus, 3 mins later front door to the terminal. Love booking with Holiday extras, as can add the car reg 48hrs before you travel or change car if you need too.

Everything went smoothly easy to find and very helpfullstaff. My car broke down just before reaching the car park and we bascially limped into car park, the staff were very helpfull and allowed a friend of mine to come in and fix my car while i was away, which saved me not having to do it we we arrived home at 3am. Thank you very much would definatly reccomend and have done so already.

Average. On trying to exit the car park, the machine denied exit and said I needed to pay £230. This is not what you need at midnight. Woman in customer service claimed it was because I originally booked and then cancelled north terminal. Not convinced by the explanation.

There was an issue at the barrier as I could not retrieve my ticket and had to speak to an operative before gaining entry to the car park.

Perfect, the number plate recognition made it easy going in and the ticket worked fine on the way out. Buses were on time and made the parking experience easy.

better signage on return to Gatwick, one particular sign outside terminal looks like its telling you to go down to the ground floor which is incorrect....apart from that the service was excellent

We had too long await for a bus to take us to airport. ( I think one had broken down) Luckily We were there in plenty of time otherwise we would have been late , as it was we had no time to eat anything.

Parking was fine. Buses were too busy and full. Need more buses or bigger buses. No trolleys at parking side or buses have no area to take trolleys.
