Would be much more easier if it was made clear where to get the shuttle bus from (bus stop D) as we were trying to figure it out for 15 minutes. We tried to phone the help line but our calls were not received on the other end

No, did not register our car on arrival, and tried to charge us a ridiculous amount of money on departure, despite no fault of ours, this caused delay.

I was a bit worried at the barrier it said I owed £170.00.The man in the pffice said it was because it did't reconose my ref no,lickily I did't have to pay ant money!

Yes no problem except our return flight delivered us to Gatwick North and we had to catch the shuttle late at night.

Everything worked very well. Our bus was waiting at the bus stop when we arrived in the car park and the return journey we waited for 4 minutes for the bus to arrive.

Signs directed us to part of a car park that was full. However we found some spaces in the adjacent car park. Everything else was very efficient buses arrived within a couple of minutes both ways.

Ended up in closed car park as signs not clear enough for us in early hours of morning so had a longer walk to bus stop. When pressed button for help member of staff helpful. Otherwise all went smoothly.

Everything went very smoothly and the service and information was very helpful. When booking the information said we could get to the North terminal easily but when looking at the information you send after the booking, it did not explain how to get there. It was still easy to find but if you are booking for the South car park and going to the North Terminal, it would have made it a little less stressful to explain that there is a train to get you there.
