Facilities and service in the new building were very good. Staff were polite and efficient. Our flight plans were disrupted by the French ATC strike, as a result we returned a day late. It was a pleasant surprise when there was no additional charge added. My only adverse comment being that the prompt and regular shuttle buses are sometimes overcrowded, making it awkward for young families with luggage, children and buggies. Otherwise a really good, highly recommended service.

2 bus loads of us returned late and tired at collection we had to queue outside in bad weather as area is small. Yet the check in area is superb and large! Who designed this?

Unfortunately we couldn't use the service as I had been admitted into hospital with appendicitis, we couldn't cancel so no point in contacting you to do this.

We have used silver zone more than 50 times. This time it was shambolic. We booked our car in the old reception and returned to the new reception. My wife was told the car was in bay 68 at the front. There was no bay 68, so we asked again and were given the same answer. The third time we asked the receptionist said that the car must be at the old reception area and that they would bring it from there. I pointed out that they no longer had the key and eventually someone was despatched to locate our car which was then brought to us some 25 minutes after picking up the key.

It was a very positive experience.Everything ran like clockwork, from the lifting of the barrier after recognising our number plate to collecting our keys for our journey home. All the staff were very friendly and helpful putting you at ease. There was very little waiting for the bus we waited about 2 minutes for the bus on arrival and the bus was waiting on departure...perfect!

Facilities were excellent, staff helpful but not overjoyed that my car was moved. I was under the impression I would park and my vehicle wouldn’t be touched, but that’s just me. Overall pleased with the service.

Very disappointed when we collected the car. Despite there being lots of empty car parking bays, our car was parked in the 'overflow' car park which was a considerable distance from the reception area. I appreciate that cars are moved to 'storage area' but I do not understand why cars are not relocated to more convenient bays ready for collection, as happens at other parking facilities. Itt is obvious that cars are moved once and forgotten about.

When returning from holiday,staff gave us our car keys, but as the location of our vehicle was not written down just told to us,we were walking the car park trying to remember what the gentleman had told us, in the end I had to go back to key collection and re_ask what location we had been told, I wrote it on my hand to verify, would be easier if a label was attached for easier communication.staff were very helpful and very pleasant

A very convenient service. Not the cheapest but I felt more confident that the car would be looked after in your hands. I was slightly disappointed that the tyres were very muddy on collecting the car - do you have a policy of parking 4wd cars in a field? The surrounding cars all seemed to be clean... Otherwise, as I say, a good service.

I have used the silver zone car park several times but it is getting worse so will be looking for an alternative in future. We queued for ages to book in and for the transfer bus. On return we waited over 20 minutes for the transfer bus. On arrival at the car park there was a queue out of the door, it took another 20 minutes plus to get our car key's because there was one person serving for most of the time with a second person appearing only when the booking in area was quiet.

The single member of staff trying to deal with a bus load of people all wanting their car keys was not ideal but eventually another member of staff arrived to help. The arrival of a flight surely should trigger a time when adequate staff are available to deal with the number of customers efficiently.
