Very easy. Just dropped off the car, onto the bus. Hassle free. Same on the return, just remember to have your key ticket handy. Staff v friendly.

The car park is now very large and often there is a long way to walk to pick up the car. If it is raining you finish up very wet indeed, so perhaps it is time to consider a roving coach as there is at Gatwick. If it worked on drop off as well, it would remove the necessity for staff to move cars while the owners are away.

This was a fast and very efficient service. All staff were friendly and helpful. The transfer busies were very prompt. We were most impressed with the parking facilities and will have no hesitation in using Silver Zone in the future.

The website timed out when booking as I had to take a phone call. The booking period time should be extended. Also when you send an email to state that the search has been saved, you should make it clear that the price could have fluctuated. This happened in my instance. I complained to your customer services which came to a satisfactory conclusion. Also when sending a complaint, a automated email states that a reply would be received in a certaiin number of days. This had been extended without advising customers in your automated email. Therefore I ended up following up my complaint as the advised time had expired. The facilities were very much updated and modernised since my last visit in June and the staff were very helpful.

Long queues for collection of car key. After a delayed flight its the last thing you need. It was only 24 HR parking this time but for business will choose priority parking next time close to terminal.

Bus dangerous people thrown about on journeys. On return journey rear door of bus approx 3ft from kerb when positioned for people to leave we had to step onto the road then up what is then a high kerb when carrying cases. One older lady fell flat onto the road when trying to step onto the kerb from the bus. Bus travels too fast when loaded and not enough care taken to position the bus near the kerb at your reception building.

Check in at Silver Zone was good with three people at the check in desks. On the return there was on,y one person available to reclaim your car keys. Very frustrating after a delayed flight, delays at baggage reclaim and then delays at Silver Zone! Have always has good service before - please get this sorted! 😞

Parking, checking in was straightforward. A great start to holiday, especially fun for autistic 8yr old who was fascinated by the bendy bus! On return bus waiting at terminal, just a short wait to collect keys due to numbers returning. As previously, a trouble free experience.
