My only criticism is about how far away from the drop off point my car was parked on my return. We were lucky that it was not raining on the day if it had been we would have been soaked by the time we found our car.

Fantastic staff, really easy drop-off and collection. My flight was cancelled due to high winds in Dublin and so I was late to collect my car. The team could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

The queue when dropping the vehicle off was 20 mins long but other then that staff polite, bus to from airport was quick and collection of vehicle was quick.

PLEASE CHANGE signage. Really should say 'Siver Zone check in' or 'car check in' or 'registration'. One checks in to an airport not a car park. Confusing. (You can obtain boarding pass long before you get to airport...perhaps you can check in too.)

Five families booked the car park for the same holiday but we paid nearly double the amount. They booked direct with Bristol Airport. To top it all car was dented and scratched. First time we've had problems in years of parking in silverzone

when I arrived home my car was parked further away than when I left if there, we were exhausted after a long flight and had to drag our cases on a 10minute walk to find our car

I have used your booking services many times over the past few years and each time I have parked in the long stay car park with no problems. This time however I was booked into the silver zone when I had assumed I would be in the usual car park. imagine my surprise when told upon my return there was an excess fee of over £20.

Prior warning of a delay to check the car in would be helpful. We queued for at least 20 minutes and then had to wait 10 minutes for the bus to leave.

At reception when you drop your car off has changed, before you did not queue or very little, now because they have changed the way you drop your keys off the queue was long and waiting time of about 25 minutes ( ridiculous) After holiday go to get keys for car, one person to hand out keys when you got about people waiting.. Not good. Will try hard next time to not use Silver Zone again

I paid to park in advance, followed the postcode on my sat nav, parked in long stay car park at airport by mistake, thinking it was the right car park, bus picked us up within 1 minute of parking so did not realise we had the wrong car park until our return, got on the silver zone bus only to be taken to a different car park to where we had parked, realising the error we returned to the airport and was made to pay another £44 for parking, given a discount for what I had paid silver zone, the attendant informed me this mistake had occurred on a regular basis with other customers. I feel as everything is electronic at the entrant gate to long stay car park, I believed it recognised the number plate I had booked under and let me through so I was in the right car park. Not a happy person to find out differently on my return. I did not see clear silver zone car park signed on my arrival at airport.
