We always use the Silver Zone. Check in facilities have improved however the queue to collect was well out of the door so no improvement there & the wait for the bus at the airport was the longest yet. Some had to wait for the next bus again. Maybe this was an unusual occurrence or it is now accepting more parking & the numbers of buses have remained the same.

I've given you a low score due to the massive increase in the price after I saved my search as I've already put in my compliant. The only reason I'd use the Airport parking again is because that's the only option I have, I'd definitely book it earlier to avoid the excessive cost increases which I feel are totally unacceptable and can see no valid reason for the increase as I've said before it's the same space for the same week in the same car park. The staff were helpful and friendly and everything went smoothly and the new parking centre is an improvement that's why I gave you 5 out of 10.

GOING OUT THERE WERE QUEUES OUTSIDE THE BUILDING,DELAYS IN DROPPING OFF CAR,THE RETURN,YOU REALLY TOOK YOUR EYE OFF THE BALL.4 FLIGHTS ARRIVED AT SAME TIME,NOT YOUR FAULT BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE REALISED,IT TOOK 4 BUSES TO CLEAR THE QUEUE OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT ON A COLD WINDY DAY.THERE WERE A LOT OF UNHAPPY PEOPLE IN THAT QUEUE.

My car was not in the location I was given. Your staff were polite and quickly resolved the problem by finding the vehicle and bringing it to me. However at five in the morning following after a delayed flight and having been sent complete with baggage to the farthest, darkest part of the compound in the cold rain, sorry does not quite cut it.
