Silver Zone staff always friendly and smiling. New facility is a great improvement, although not sure why you still need to move vehicles from where owners leave them. Otherwise a very good service, never had any problems when using Silver Zone, will certainly use again.

The staff were friendly but check in and out took a bit longer than I would have expected due to long queues. I didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle bus but I felt a bit in the way with a child in a buggy as it was busy. It was a quick ride to the airport though so I would consider using the service again but I would allow some extra time.

It was all very smooth - a small wait for a bus when we got back, but only because it was really busy. The new premises were smart and we didn't have to queue long there. Thank you.

Had to use the live chat as I didn't receive a confirmation email but it was sorted in less than a minute and a new email sent everything else was very good. Would definitely use holiday extras again

I have used Silver Zone at Bristol many times and the service has always been excellent. This month I was very surprised and impressed by the new modern Silver Zone building at Bristol. The staff were friendly and very efficient. It was great to return to Bristol Silver Zone after a disastrous trip to Stanstead Meet and Greet over the summer !!

Needed more staff on when we arrived back on 1 person at the desk when we got there. Then after 5 minutes someone else came along so a bit slow. When I arrived to go on my holiday the staff were very quick and there was 3 staff working on the desk which was good

on my return at midnight, I was directed to where my car was parked, it was not until the next morning I found one side to be completely caked in mud from the roof to the floor, where at some time it must have been parked in a ploughed field, I am absolutely disgusted, with those who were responsible for this.
