Switch things off prior to removing keys from ignition, i.e. fan, wipers as this is too much of a drain on the battery when starting. Also, do not leave car in gear.

Only downfall, the car was parked facing inwards and we had to reverse into oncoming traffic on a dark foggy night as another car came flying by. It will be better for health and safety IF the cars were parked to drive out instead of reversing out. Otherwise very satisfied with the service provided.

Everything was very organised and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The car was ready for us on our return at midnight which was brilliant as we were tired after a long day. However the postcode was misleading and the car radio/ sat nav had been meddled with.

Simplicity itself. Arrived, dropped keys, took 5 min bus ride to departures. On return a bus was waiting and key collection couldn't have been easier. Great system.

Silver zone car park now revamped , has lost some of its rustic charm , however the car park has been resurfaced with a smart new reception hall , makes up for this . The connecting bus ride was quick with no long wait . A good start to the holiday
