We have used Silver Zone for years and like the new look but it would have been much better if we had received an email advising us of changes. We arrived at 4.30 am very dark and did not have a clue where we were going. We parked the car and began walking until we realised there had been major changes so went back to car and tried to follow new signs. When bookings are made it would be useful to have a section which asks the age of the travellers or any disabilities, etc. When we arrive back in the UK invariably very late at night we always have to walk a long way to find our car and we are pensioners. Just a thought! Thanks

Everything fine Only point for improvement would be the silver zone parking signage directing people to the new checking in facility. Bit confusing once you have parked your car.

All communication with HE was good. However, the staff at the car park were uninformative and passive. After being told of my car's parking spot number, I spent 15 minutes in the falling snow trying to work out and find the location in the dark. Next time, long-term parking in front of terminal !

Must remember not to leave money in the car next time. Usually leave correct money in car ready for Severn bridge tolls. Embarrassed by Tolls staff that money was short.

Dropping the car off on arrival was superb, but collecting the car at the miniscule collection office, with a full bus-load of people rushing to get our car keys back, while the partner has to stay outside in freezing temperatures was a nightmare!!! All that wasted outside space with no weather protection is unnecessary. A much larger indoor space similar to the drop off hall would make more sense and be more pleasant

On returning to pick up our car at Bristol Airport, the interior driver part around the foot pedals was covered in mud. There was also mud splashed on the outside of the car. By the time a representative from Bristol airport parking had attended to the situation and cleaned the car we had a lost an hour of our time for our onward journey. I’m aware that cars are sometimes parked away from the airport but if they are, they should not be returned in such a mess. I would never use this service again.

The new facilities are really nice, staff are pleasant and efficient. The car parking area is much easier now for walking and wheeling cases. The only issue is the cost of parking which is still very expensive for short breaks.

Everything was very efficient and lovely new facilities. My only complaint is that the female who greeted us at the beginning of the experience was efficient to the exclusion of politeness. Despite my saying “thank you†to her twice and making a point of trying to gain eye contact and once more saying thank you she did not respond at all simply carrying on with the conversation with the other attendant. This issue may appear minor but as front line staff being the first experience of the company a smile, acknowledgment and polite manners do go a long way. Saying that I won’t hesitate to use silver zone parking in the future at Bristol Airport just maybe I won’t expect politeness hence won’t feel disappointed.
