The large bendybus meant that many people arrived at the car park together. Smaller buses would improve the wait at the terminal and the queue at the key return desk.

The layout and organisation of the car park had changed since my many previous visits so l was a bit confused at first and there was a 20 minute queue at the drop off but things improved after that.

Bristol Airport Silver Zone struggled to find our booking initially. They said this was because through Holiday Extras rather than direct. Sorted in the end though. Phew!

On our return we were given wrong information as to where our car was. It was cold and dark, we walked some distance with our luggage to find our car not in the bay they told us. I returned to reception whilst my husband stayed in the cold with our luggage. First of all they found the tag to show me as they thought it was me who got it wrong but it wasn't. They said they would use the cameras and send someone out but while this was happening my husband found the car in a different row.

As usual a great start and end to holiday. Staff at silver zone are really friendly and helpful. Having the flight details board in the new silver zone building is a good idea.. it is very well signposted unlike airport at the moment .

Drop off was easy. Coach service both ways was good, but..... the driver did nothing to help at the airport so the doorway was blocked by the first six or so people on the bus, which made getting on board very difficult. And then there was only a single man returning our keys which meant a long wait and a queue out of the door. Very disappointing overall

We always use silver zone. It is very easy to park and frequent buses to and from the airport. Bus stop right outside terminal makes it very easy.

The app could be improved if there was a map of the pickup area. It is not easy to locate the car when is is dark and raining. And/Or signs on posts dispkaying row letters and numbers range.

I found your staff really helpful. When I arrived home back to the from my trip my car battery was flat. I went back to the office and a gentleman told me not to worry and he would jump start my car. He was so helpful and made me feel that nothing was a problem. He was brilliant and I will be using your car park again

A little slow on return with no staff immediately to hand. The return section is now not alongside the checkin section so under staffed, this happened on both occasions, I had two bookings in two weeks and slow each time.
